UGO's ( Unique gifts online) aim to bring pleasure into your life. We want your shopping experience to be nothing but positive from the moment you log on to our site to the point when you receive your new unique gift things. If you are not pleased with something that you have bought from us we will do everything in our power to restore you to happiness. We trade according to Australian law and regulations – they are among the fairest in the world. Would you expect anything less from God's Country that brought you Surfing, Bondi , Big spiders and Great wines?

Of course you do, Darling! And you are probably busy, busy, busy so we have done our best to make your shopping quick and easy to use. Just follow these simple steps:

· Shop by browsing through the UGO site.

 · Click for full product information.

· Add merchandise to your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart button.

· Go to Check out to review the items you have chosen in your shopping cart. The box on the right  of your item allows you to remove any item

· Proceed to checkout to finalize your purchases and follow the instructions.

Currency

All prices are given in AUD. Conversion to your own currency will be done in accordance with bank rates on the day we charge your card, ie when the goods are sent out to you. This means that prices may vary from the time you place your order to the time of despatch which is when we charge the transaction to your card.

Who can shop?

All UGO's darlings, of course! The text below has nothing to do with you so you can skip it, but our darling legal advisers thought that we should just mention that the purchase of merchandise  from UGO's are strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with Australian law. In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the UGO's terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to UGO's, whose applications are acceptable to UGO's and who have authorised UGO's to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Purchases made on the site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. UGO reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address. Moreover, by making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, where UGO feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

When I have shopped

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. UGO offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Please note that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out. Prices shown on the site are in AUD and are inclusive of VAT and equivalent taxes. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured.

My shopping is on its way!

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order. Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and UGO will be perfected when we despatch the goods to you. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above. Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa , Master Card and Pay Pal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account when the goods are sent out to you, and not before. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to UGO, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We take all reasonable care to make our Site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Verysign, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At UGO we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure UGO uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

I am woman – I have changed my mind!

We know what it’s like. You think you love something and suddenly you just don’t anymore. This is complicated where the object is a man, but not if it is something you have bought from UGO. To our male customers we would just like to say: don’t sulk. This is not sexual discrimination. Naturally, you too have the right to change your firm, macho minds. If you change your mind about what you’ve bought, we are happy for you to return it to us. All we ask is that you let us know about your wish no later than 7 days after receiving the product and that you pay the cost of returning it to us. If what you receive is not what you ordered, or is damaged in any way, call or email ous  straight away. The telephone number is +61 (0)2 9371 64 74 and to send an email, just click the button on the shop site for Contact us. Explain what is wrong. Make sure to have your original order reference ready to facilitate the process. Decide what you prefer: a new product or your money back. We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, if we have the correct size in stock. If we don’t, we’ll find a solution that you are happy with. As we’re sure you understand, we cannot make exchanges for completely different items. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. UGO  will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Returns on non-faulty items of intimate toys  will only be accepted due to hygiene. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the product. We suggest that only methods offering secure tracking of the goods are used. We insure our products until you have received them; thereafter they are your responsibility. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

When do I get my money back?

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of  the cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Alternatively, you can request a Unique gifts online store credit that can be used against future purchase at UGO.

Oh no - we seem to disagree

Any arising legal dispute will be settled in accordance with Australian law.
